Sample Schedule

The 2026 Montana Counselor Tour is scheduled for July 20-24, 2026. Below, you will find a sample schedule of events for the 2022 Montana Counselor Tour (based on past tours). You will receive a tentative schedule of events leading up to the tour and a final copy of the schedule upon check-in at each university.

Counselors will be charged a $450 non-refundable registration fee to participate. This fee covers lodging, majority of meals, a guided tour of Yellowstone National Park, and programmatic fees for the week. If accepted, Counselors will be asked to complete the first half of the $450 payment by a particular date to hold their spot. The second half of the $450 payment will be due by a later date. Counselors are responsible for the cost of travel to and from the tour.
